About Download All Attachments
The app gives agents a way to download all attachments from a ticket with a single click. This helps them answer faster to customers or escalate to colleagues.
Example uses of Download All Attachments
Damaged goods / parcels — Easily download all images shared by the customer. So your agent can review them faster, or upload to your Quality Assurance team.
Escalate invoices to finance team — Download the files. Then create a Side Conversation to finance. Easily upload specific images to the Side Conversation.
Settings
Bundle all files as a ZIP archive
This setting gives you an option to download the files as a ZIP archive. Very handy if you have large amounts of attachments in tickets.
Include inline attachments
When selected this includes attachments that are part of a comment. For instance an image that shows inline.
FAQ for Download All Attachments
How do I activate the app?
Open Zendesk Support after installing the app in the new Admin Centre. Then on the left navigate to the Download All Attachments Icon. From there follow the steps to Get Started.
What data does Sparkly store?
We never send any of your Customer's data to Sparkly. For this reason we do not have a need to store the data. To use the app you are required to activate the app, we collect the minimum viable information.
What does the app cost?

Secure attachments isn't working, the app doesn't allow to download attachments
Whenever Secure attachments is enabled, the app will show the attachments, but will show a white screen when the agent tries to download them. This is expected behaviour and unfortunately the only way around that is by disabling Secure attachments in Admin Center > Tickets > Settings.
